By purchasing, you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions and consent to the requested modifications outlined in your order.  You also accept that modification may void some manufacturer's warranties and that the work completed is permanent.  Please do your research regarding fitment, color selections and model compatibility prior to purchasing.

All firearm products should be installed by a quality professional/gunsmith. 

BY PURCHASING FROM US, YOU AGREE THAT MADTECH INDUSTRIES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PERSON INCLUDING INJURY OR DEATH AND RELEASE MADTECH INDUSTRIES,LLC AND ALL RELATED PARTIES INCLUDING STAFF, MANAGEMENT, OWNERS AND CO-OWNERS.  MADTECH INDUSTRIES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR COSTS INCURRED DUE TO INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.  ALL RIGHTS TO FILING SUIT AGAINST MADTECH INDUSTRIES OR ANY PARTIES RELATED TO MADTECH INDUSTRIES WILL BE FORFEITED BY PURCHASING FROM MADTECH INDUSTRIES, LLC. 

*CANCELLATIONS (IF ALLOWED) WILL COME WITH A 30% RESTOCKING FEE AND REQUIRE THE PRODUCT TO BE UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNDAMAGED*

We ship all non-serialized products first-class, with no shipping insurance. Madtech Industries is not liable for shipping errors, damage cause during shipping and/or missing packages.  If you wish to add shipping insurance to your order. Please email us prior to shipment to have that added, at your expense. 

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
