Overview
Due to the nature of the products and services we offer and the custom nature of what we do, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! By purchasing, you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions and consent to the requested modifications outlined in your order. You also accept that modification may void some manufacturer's warranties and that the work completed is permanent. Please do your research regarding fitment, color selections and model compatibility prior to purchasing.
All firearm products, optics and accessories should be installed by a quality professional/gunsmith. With most firearms, we do not charge disassembly/reassembly, due to this we ask that all accessories not being coated be removed by customer prior to shipment as MadTech Industries will hold NO responsibility for damage to improperly installed accessories, optics or scopes. We always recommend installation/removal be done by a qualified gunsmith prior to shipping your firearm to us.
RETURNS/Refunds
*CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS (IF ALLOWED) WILL COME WITH A 30% RESTOCKING FEE AND REQUIRE THE PRODUCT TO BE UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNDAMAGED*
Our policy lasts 14 days**. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As with any custom colored item, regardless of substrate, colors shown are for reference and may differ slightly to actual colors. This, unfortunately does not constitute a defect and may be exchanged with a $30.00 restocking fee.
**Custom order items, such as engraved or Cerakoted items, including grip modules cannot be returned or exchanged. If, for any reason, a return/exchange is accepted, there will be a 30% restocking fee. Item must be returned in "new" condition and shipped at customer's expense. Upon arrival, and inspection, a refund/exchange may be issued.
In the event of a product defect, please reach out to manufacturer unless the item purchased is a MadTech product. In this case, please let us know so that we can address the issue. We reserve the right to fix the issue prior to issuing a return and refund. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to these terms.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer prior to agreement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. As per our terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to fix any issues prior to returning/exhcanging items. Customers MUST return the product to us, in NEW condition prior to us sending the replacement. We are not an auto dealership, so "loaners" are not shipped out "in the meantime."
Do not send items for return without authorization, as we are not responsible for any unauthorized packages sent to us. If you would like to request an exchange, send us an email at madtechindustriesfl@gmail.com.

Cancellations (if applicable)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any orders that are authorized to be cancelled will carry with it a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. This is a non-negotiable fee to cover charges incurred by our credit companies and website providers for every transaction we make. If you order has been started and the order is in processing, it is not eligible for cancellation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping
We ship all non-serialized products first-class, with no additional shipping insurance. Madtech Industries is not liable for shipping errors, damage cause during shipping or missing/stolen packages.
We do offer ROUTE shipping insurance for a convenient piece of mind, but if you choose to decline Route shipping insurance, any shipping errors or damage will not not be covered. As such, we request that only items being customized/coated be sent. (Frames/Receivers/Slides/Etc.)
Please allow ample time for packages to arrive as tracking is not always 100% accurate and can sometimes be delayed. If you did elect to use Route shipping insurance and believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to Route directly at https://claims.route.com/ and use your email and tracking number to file a claim.
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.
